Runs every active prompt against every tracked AI model now, in addition to the scheduled runs. The call returns once the run starts; results arrive in the background.
A refresh costs one chat per prompt per model. Get site AEO usage shows the current cost in current_refresh_run_chats. The cost counts against both the account's monthly refresh allowance (refresh_chats in Get account AEO usage) and the site's own refresh limit.
