Batch delete categories. Maximum 200 categories per request. Idempotent - if a category doesn't exist, operation succeeds.
Subcategories are not deleted: each one that survives the request is re-attached to the nearest of its ancestors that survives it too, or becomes a root category when none does.
Products are not deleted either, they only lose their relation to the deleted categories.
