Update shipping zone pickup location

Updates the pickup location with the given id for the v2 shipping zone with the given zone id. Accepts changes to name, sync-to-business-address flag, address, and pickup instructions; turning sync-to-business-address off requires an address in the same request, since a synced location holds a copy of the business address rather than one of its own.
